Legal warranty

The product is covered by a 24-month legal warranty. It covers manufacturing or material defects that existed at delivery or became apparent during normal use.

The warranty does not limit any consumer rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.

When the warranty may not apply

The warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, mechanical damage, unauthorised repair, aggressive chemicals or failure to follow the care instructions.

Normal wear, cosmetic scratches or signs of use that do not prevent the product from functioning are generally not considered warranty defects.

Care after use

After use, empty the reservoir, rinse it with clean water and leave it open to dry. Do not store water in the reservoir for long periods, especially in warm conditions.

Rinse the tube and valve regularly. If you used a liquid other than water, clean them immediately and make sure every part is completely dry before storage.

Reporting a defect

If you notice a possible defect, email team@sturmpak.com. Include your order details, a short description and photos that help us assess the issue.

Our response will explain the next step, such as additional diagnostics, inspection, repair, replacement or another lawful remedy.
